Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the shipment of your order with no questions asked.

If you have already received a shipping confirmation email with the tracking code, we are not able to cancel your order as it was already processed and sent out for shipping and unfortunately we have no way of cancelling the order once it's in transit.


We stand behind our products. If your product arrives not as described we will happily replace it or accept a return!  If it's the wrong size, we offer free exchanges to get you the size you need.  Send us a photo of what's wrong and we can fix it, or send it back to us and we'll give you a full refund (for orders that qualify, make sure to contact us first).  Please make sure to contact us within 5 days of receiving your item if there is any problem, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Returned items must be in original condition but original packaging is not necessary.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (includes form fitting tight clothing such as spandex, leggings, compression materials), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Products on sale, including products bought through "buy one get one" sales, are not available for return, although you can still do exchanges for them.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact us for the correct address to send a return to.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to make sure we receive your item!
